2024 Employee Engagement and Experience Survey Results
The results of the Employee Engagement and Experience Survey we conducted in 2024 have revealed the positive developments at our University. This survey provides valuable data about the engagement and satisfaction of our employees.
The participation rate in the 2024 Employee Engagement and Experience Survey was 87% in total, 93% in permanent administrative staff and 77% in permanent academic staff.
According to the results of the 2024 Employee Engagement and Experience Survey; the satisfaction rate was 69% and the Engagement rate was 47% in our permanent academic staff, and the satisfaction rate was 66% and the loyalty rate was 41% in our permanent administrative staff.
Change in Satisfaction Rates:
• Academic Staff: While it was 45% in 2022, it increased to 69% in 2024.
• Administrative Staff: While it was 57% in 2022, it increased to 66% in 2024.
Change in Engagement Rates:
• Academic Staff: While it was 34% in 2022, it increased to 47% in 2024.
• Administrative Staff: While it was 35% in 2022, it increased to 41% in 2024.
White-collar Employee Engagement in Turkey has been on a downward trend in recent years. The employee engagement rate of White-collar in Turkey, which was 63% in 2022, decreased to an average of 56% in the first nine months of 2024.
The results of the 2024 Employee Engagement and Experience Survey show that there has been progress in employee satisfaction and engagement at our University. This progress is considered as a reflection of the actions taken. In addition, we continue our efforts to reach high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction at our university by being aware of the areas of development and acting with the principle of continuous improvement.
