2023 Employee Engagement and Experience Pulse Survey Results
Our participation in the 2023 pulse survey was very high, with 93% in permanent administrative staff and 81% in permanent academic staff.
The satisfaction rate of our permanent academic staff at our university was 59%, the loyalty rate was 44%, and the satisfaction rate of our permanent administrative staff was 58%, and the loyalty rate was 35%. When compared to the results of the survey conducted last year, the satisfaction rate at our university increased for both academic and administrative staff. While the employee engagement rate increased for academic staff compared to last year's results, it remained stable for administrative staff.
The survey results and your valuable comments will guide our University to become a better workplace. In this direction, we will continue our work to make the necessary improvements by taking your suggestions into consideration.
