Following our Managers’ Meeting at the Sakıp Sabancı Museum, we embarked on an inspiring journey through the “Togeather” exhibition — once again experiencing the power of unity and collaboration.
As Sabancı University, we are launching the SUReverse – Reverse Mentoring Program, which brings together the knowledge and experience of different generations.
At the program’s kick-off meeting, our mentors and mentees came together for the first time, taking the first step on this journey to strengthen our culture of mutual learning.
Inspired by our mission to “create and develop together,” this program aims to offer an interactive learning experience in areas such as digital transformation, next-generation leadership, and many more.
As part of the program organized at the beginning of the new academic term, newly joined faculty members were introduced to Sabancı University’s vision, academic structure, and administrative processes. Participants also had the opportunity to meet representatives from various departments and exchange experiences.
On August 26, we bid farewell to summer together with our colleagues at the Sabancı University campus, accompanied by the impressive concert of the Turkish Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, whose rehearsal processes we have proudly hosted for many years.
The English course we implemented for our administrative staff has been completed. We came together to congratulate our colleagues who qualified to complete the training program.
We had a great time at Happy Hour with the performance of our colleagues at the Choir Workshop.
We met at the managers' meeting to introduce Human Resources practices and new projects.
The Talent Development Training Program, which was launched last year to improve the competencies of our employees, was completed. The graduation ceremony was held at Sakıp Sabancı Museum.
The SU Future Focused Leadership Training program for our directors has been completed. We held a graduation day at the Sakıp Sabancı Museum.
We had an informative and socializing day with the presentations of our Secretary General and Human Resources Director in order to meet our new colleagues and to facilitate their adaptation to our University.
We had the opportunity to socialize with our administrative and academic colleagues in the knitting workshop under the guidance of Gülseren Caşın from our KİMİ unit.
We held the SU Retirement Ceremony for Dr. Nazan Ölçer at the Sakıp Sabancı Museum with the participation of our Rector, Secretary General and colleagues.
Fourth term hobby workshops have started.
In February, we held our first meeting of the year with our managers to share the issues on the HR agenda and get their ideas.
