As Sabancı University, we are launching the SUReverse – Reverse Mentoring Program, which brings together the knowledge and experience of different generations.
At the program’s kick-off meeting, our mentors and mentees came together for the first time, taking the first step on this journey to strengthen our culture of mutual learning.
Inspired by our mission to “create and develop together,” this program aims to offer an interactive learning experience in areas such as digital transformation, next-generation leadership, and many more.
